There are 58 beaches to enjoy around Ibiza from little romantic coves, sandy beaches, the rugged beaches of the North to the Sunset Stip on the West Coast.

The island of Formentera is the smallest island which forms the the Balearic Islands and combined with Ibiza make the Pitiusas islands or “pine islands” The only way to arrive at this Mediterranean paradise is boat. • El Mirador – Traditional restaurant. This is located at the look-out point for the island located at km14.3 offering breathtaking views across the sea and whole island. Succulent paella.
• Blue Bar – beach restaurant with a likely vibe serving a cocktail of music and fantasy.

Property

Buying property in Formentera is not as straightforward as Ibiza due to the overall lack of supply. Formentera is a protected island and in general new building permits and licences are harder to achieve as the planning laws are stricter. It will be easier to buy an existing property and renovate and extend if possible.
